Take it to Baron and let them check it out. There is a fuse just behind the dash that may be bad. Removal of the dash is not needed.To replace the fan motor, you have to remove the whole dash and everything behind it. The fan motor is attached to the firewall. Not an easy job at all.

Is it blowing at all? Any speed?

Is it the A/C blower fan motor inside the car or the under hood fan by the radiator that stopped working?

The main reason I sold it was that I couldn't see out of the rear windows. On our drive last week end, I turned left and almost ran into a pickup on the highway. Changed pants after that.
