I was there Sat morning with the BMW Club. There was an Audi coming around so often we thought there might be two of them - with the same number. Oct 27 & 28 the sport cars will be practicing at Ks Speedway. Think it is free spectator entry as it was for NASCAR practice Wed. & Thurs.
They do want donations for charity.

Porsche Club is running at HPT this weekend. Pretty much the same rules. Sometimes the laps are fairly spirited, others not so much. All depends on the pace car. If you are not sure if you want to go "fast" line up at the end of the grid.

K-7 ( basically take 87th Street west of I-435 ) is a different route to Lawrence, mildly different. BMW Club did it a while back. After lunch a drive to Lake Perry has a few interesting roads.
