Missouri will ticket you if you do not have a front license plate. Maybe you can get one of the aftermarket brackets that allows you to mount your plate to one side.

I have done it both ways (all 4 wheels or just 2) depending on wear, but generally have replaced the fronts more often. I always replace pads and rotors at the same time, however.

The Professor should have one that I donated to the club.

Edit: I've been through at least three sets of EBC's without problems in my 150k miles of use.

I like EBC Green Stuff aftermarket pads. Much less dust and good longevity.

My MINI had Continentals when I bought it but I really like the Bridgestone 960AS Pole Position All-Season tires.
