what are the times of this event?

I will have to get with the little lady and see if there is a good friday for her. anyone up for the next few weeks?

sweet! so what do we want to do? I am available just about any friday or thursday evenings as well. shall we have a chilis dinner or do we want to meet at the plaza for something? I am game for just about whatever.

dimini you dont live by blue valley high school do you? if so I believe I have see both of your minis!

Would anyone want to have a friday meet? I would love to meet everyone on here however I have noticed that many of the meets are on saturdays or sundays. I work both days all day.

they also have a rev limiter somewhere up there. if you hit that then you know youve gone too high. most engines are designed to be able to handle hitting the rev limiter pretty hard.

I anticipated the touch up paint as on NAM someone said use a towel or a rag under the 2X4 to prevent paint chips. thank you for the tip about the nuts! cant forget nuts lol

I am a 3rd year automotive student however I have never dealt with something like the shrooming issue on a MINI. My car has significant shrooming on both driver and passenger sides. I just received my M7 plates I ordered and before attempting the 2X4 fix wanted to know if anyone in the area has done...

let me ask you this. A clutch is how much $1600? A/C compressor $1200ish etc. now what happens if nothing warranty related happens in those 2 years? you just lost $1400 for nothing. now if you just save that money and take it the car to a good specialty shop you will probably save a lot of money.

the only other good option for the earlier minis is the MINI Fini system, that is if your are willing to spend close to $600

New here having just bought my first MINI and not met anyone yet. I unfortunately will not be able to attend as I am working all weekend. if only it were on a friday I'd be all for it. I hope to join one of the next meetings and meet some of you all.
