I'm sure it will since most of the time it was trying to figure out where the bolts to the heat shields were. And cooling the engine off.

Save $800 up and pay the dealership to do it. LOL It is really a pain but it goes back together faster than it came apart. And putting in this new line there's nothing on it that will go bad like the o-ring on the stock line. The worst part was taking the heat shields off.

Thank you Dave for all your help and offering up your garage space and tools. I'll be sure to message you when I get the oil supply line in so we can get that done soon (went over 57,000 miles today)

I had fun at the meet. Sorry I drove so slow!! I really thought the speed limit was 55 And my tires aren't good in rain.

Oh no! That does sound really scary. I always get nervous when there's large trucks behind me in the MINI.

According to Google, it's an hour and a half drive from Lawrence... It looks like it would be a pretty nice drive but I don't know how many people would want to do an all day event....

Again? How many miles have you done since we just did it the last garage day? 7,500 is OK for the MINI oil we used - don't forget you owe me a quart too. So does someone else, but I've forgotten who..... If it's time we can certainly do it. Maybe we should start a bit earlier, in view of the heat? ...
