Deal!

I have to admit it was very soon after they opened in the Legends and the line was huge, so maybe they didn't have the kinks worked out yet. We'll give them another try some weekend. Problem is, you keep finding MINI things for us to do on our weekends!

I tried the CBIP in the Legends, I also thought the food was just OK. Waited an hour to get in and could have gone to the Sonic across the street!

I just bought the harness as well, what do you think of it?

I haven't driven with mine yet, I was thinking I should use it for a few days on my commute as well, just to break it in and get used to it..........but I also wondered if it might not get some looks........

Well, I checked my calendar, I get back to work after a two week absense on the Monday of that week in Oct. Might be a bit tricky getting off two days later, but maybe I can wrangle a half-day. Weather might be a bit iffy by then, so who knows. But - I made the calendar fit the events, so I'm sticki...

I'm sure MiniDave will write you an excuse note so you can get out of class! Absolutely! But I think his classes start the day after the event, so he should be able to make it. Plus Oasis should have his car situation sorted out by then too (I would hope!) Plus too and also, it should be a bunch co...

If you absolutely can't make it and you've already registered and paid your track event fees, as long as you give them 24 hrs. notice they'll switch your fee to the next event. (at their discretion, but the guy I spoke to seemed real nice and that they would be flexible on this.) And yes, all the ca...

Don't give up! You can register online, as well as pay, if you have access to your computer you're good to go. Also, I wouldn't give up completely, they were selling admittances at the gate last time - as long as they have spots available - and I spoke to the events manager last week and he said the...

My Schroth belts came in yesterday, I ordered black with grey lettering but got black with bright yellow! Not exactly a good match for my blue car, but I doubt I can get another one here and installed in time for the event wed. Gonna call and see tho....... Edit: found out the "Quik Fit' black ...

When you get to the track to check in they'll have a packet waiting for you in your name, there's a release form in there to sign, other than that - you're good to go - at least that's how it worked for me last time. BTW, they still have a few spots open for this event - get your buddies to sign up ...

OK, tentative plan is to meet at the Bob Evans across from the Legends just down the street from Cabella's at 1:00 pm for lunch, then hit the hiway about 2 pm and head for the track. There is a gas station on hiway 75 just a mile or so before the track for those who want to top up and buy some drink...

Last time we all met up at the Cabella's parking lot, had some lunch then caravaned up to the track, does that sound do-able again? We als...
