Depends a lot on what the tools are for, for just general maintenance like oil changes, or for trips in case of a breakdown or ???

He was asking for general purposes, so I will start.

For GEN2 MINIS :)
1. To change plugs https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Y ... UTF8&psc=1
2. For oil changes, you need to remove the drain plug and oil filter housing

b. https://www.outmotoring.com/mini-cooper ... _27mm.html
3. If you change your own brakes, then you will need this for the rears

There are plenty more bits and pieces :)
