What is Coopers and Coffee? 2017 info

Postby ragtopday Johnna » Mon Sep 18, 2017 10:58 am

Join us on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 for our Eleventh Annual All MINI/Mini car show, Coopers and Coffee.

Coopers and Coffee is our club's largest All-MINI/Mini car show. For the first nine years, the show was held at the KC City Market as part of their Art of the Machine Series. Since 2016, the show has been held at The Roasterie during Food Truck Brunch. Food trucks, live music, free tours of the coffee roasterie and 60 MINIs and Minis in one parking lot beneath an airplane.

Registration information is available here: http://m.bpt.me/event/3086269
Please note: registration is not transferable or refundable. If you find you cannot make it to the show, please consider your registration to the show a donation to the local charity you chose when registering. If you know in advance you won't make it, please let us know so another car can participate.

100% of registration proceeds are donated to KC Pet Project and Harvesters. Registration is per car. Raffle tickets for prizes are available to purchase at the show.

The car show is from 10 a.m. to 2 P.M. with no early departures permitted at request of the property host. Parking begins at 9, line up will be a few minutes earlier between 8:30 and 8:45 in a nearby large lot. Take a look at your fellow Mini Enthusiasts' cars, browse the Makers who have their wares on display, grab lunch from a food truck, go on a tour of the coffee roasterie, listen to live music, visit with folks attending Food Truck Brunch who enjoy seeing your car. It's a fun way to spend a Sunday!

Tshirts with this year's show logo are available for purchase soon.

Got questions? Post below! Happy to answer questions, as are the many folks who have attended in years past. See you at the show!
