What is the drive time on these routes? I work over that way and might want to check them out during lunch.

To do the whole route, around an hour, depending on how quickly you drive and how much traffic you encounter. If you don't have that much time, you could consider doing smaller sections of it, such as the Lee's Summit Rd area one day, and maybe the Woodson/Little Blue area another.
