Anyone else getting random popups when getting on the site?....I got it on my work computer which i know is free of bad spyware and this site is only one doing it and my Mac at home which is cleaner than my work computer. I get the little warning message in firefox that it blocked a popup on both computers and i think it got through on Safari....dont remember though.

I'm using Firefox, too, and don't get any pop-ups. I have dropped Rich (kangamini) a message to see if he has any insight.

Hello-

There is nothing installed on this software that would spring a popup on you unless its a new message or notification from the phpBB software itself. I haven't updated anything lately either, so I'm not sure where the popups could be coming from.

If this happens again could you take a screen shot of it for me? If you're on a mac it is CMD-SHIFT-3 and it will put a file called "Picture 1" on your desktop. On a PC I think its the Print Screen button, and you have to paste the image into a word file or something like that in order to get it out.

Also - I know that some people in KS are on Comcast - and they're starting to manipulate the end-users internet feed and inject advertising into it no matter what website you're on. So if you're on comcast, it could be that.

Anything other issues, please feel free to email me kangamini@mac.com :)

Thanks for all the quick replies, I'll keep a look out for it, it hasn't happened in awhile.
