Meeting in Steelville for breakfast, the place we were headed to wasn't open (too early in the tourist season?) but we found a delightful coffee shop right across the street! Yes, my camera's clock is 12 hours off! Where's that pesky manual?

Well, I have to say I think this spring's Fun Run was a success.....nobody blew up, nobody wrecked and although we did lose an expensive camera all in all I think it went pretty well.. I was an unfortunate casualty of early spring allergies that absolutely knocked me down so I had to leave a day early, but even so we got in lots of (s)miles in our Classics, and had fun hooning about the hills!

We're already planning next year's event, maybe this time we'll do north-western Arkansas instead? It's about the same distance drive from KC as Cuba......I'd love to see us get a 10 car turnout, I think that's just enough for variety but not too many to be unwieldy.

I hope everyone will post up their pics and we need to co-ordinate getting the vids edited and put up. I have a You Tube account that doesn't limit the length of vids - only the overall size - 2 gig per vid - so I can host them on my account if you all want.

Looking forward to sharing more pics and vids!

I agree with Dave, it was a great adventure this year and the weather was perfect (except that it was a bit too windy for aerial video).

Thanks, Minidave, for putting together another fun trip. I think NWA would be fun.

I put my pics on the club FB page. Enjoyed seeing everyone's photos.

Here are a few frame grabs from aerial video (it might take a while before I have any vids up and posted-I'm new at video).

Ditto. A colleague of mine is getting ready to retire back in Arkansas. He lives fairly close to Fayetteville and he was telling me about the "Pig Trail" and some other awesome sounding roads!!

I've driven the Pig Trail a couple of times and it is great. There are so many great roads in that region. This link are for drives based out of Harrison, AR. which is straight south of Branson, MO. I have driven each of these roads at least once.
