Club Kitty Update:

Thanks to Michael (Zupon) for passing the kitty today.

The $124.00 collected today combined with the $134.31 balance, brings the new total to $258.31.

And finally, a BIG THANKS to Debra and David, who donated the bottled water for the event.

Currently there are 7 of the red style and 21 of the Union Jack.

I'm submitting the funds from those already sold to Dori, $95.

For the accountants in the group...

I hereby verify receipt of the club decals and confirm the quantities. The only correction is that there are 2 different styles of the red sticker -- there are 6 of the ones with the club website URL, and one with the name of the club on it and no URL.

I will have the club stickers with me at all club events that I attend. Price is $5 each. I will surrender accumulated funds to Dori when I gather enough cash in sales to make it worthwhile.

Additionally, I have confirmed with Todd that I've taken over the inventory -- he said to let him know when we need more.

Updated accounting of stickers.

10 stickers have been sold since last posting. 7 Union Jacks and 3 Red MINI (club URL).

Remaining balance is:
Union Jack: 14
Red (club URL): 3
Red (club name): 1
TOTAL: 18

A check for $50 is being sent to Dori. She should receive it on June 20.

You mean club decals? :wink: Greg has them, $5 a piece, created in UV coated vinyl from Todd's Mods. Hit him up at the next gathering. You'll be there, right? :)

Decals:
Red: 5 (27)
Blue: 38 (45)
Classic: 0 (0)

As a reminder, badges sell for $8 ea, decals for $5 ea.

Last reported cash balance was $34. Since then $237 worth of badges (19 ea) and decals (17 ea) were sold

Current cash balance of decal/badge fund = $271.

It appears we need to order more red decals/badges and classic decals/badges.

Thanks, Greg! Will wait to hear from you on getting more badges and decals.

I would like to suggest an expenditure of $109 to get full color front/back spotter cards for club members as well as full color postcards with club information that can be left at Baron.

I have also asked MiniDave for input on what additions to the club tool collection would be most helpful.

Latest inventory of decals and badges after sales on 10/16/16

Current quantity

Badges
Red: 0
Blue: 2
Classic: 0

Decals:
Red: 0
Blue: 24
Classic: 0

Black/Blue/Red MINI wing logo decals : 19

Badges sell for $8 ea, decals for $5 ea, wings for $2 ea.

Last reported cash balance was $291 when Greg handed off the duties to me on 10/07/16. on 10/16/16 $203 was paid to Johnna Perry for the expense of the new club cards and spotter cards. 5 badges,15 decals and 10 wings were sold for $135.

Current cash balance in decal/badge fund = $223.

It is my understanding that research is being done to source a vendor for new badges and decals to replenish the supply.

After sales of club stickers at Coopers and Coffee we are officially sold out. I have $385 in club cash in my possession. I’m open to holding on to it or sending it to be added to the club kitty.

Today $385 from the sale of club stickers was given to Johnna Perry for the purpose of Christmas charity shopping. This money was used in part to help buy items for two adopted families, seniors at Don Bosco and two other charities.

I have no club cash in my possession.
