Mini Meet East Meets West 2

In conjunction with the Mini-sota club, they're putting on a huge classic Mini themed event in support of the 50 year anniversary, and thousands of classic Mini's are projected to be there, along with a substantial number of MINIs.

Dimini and I are planning to go, anyone else want to join in the fun?

It was a fun event. Even split between classics and new MINIs. Weather was awesome. I even wore long-sleeve shirts most of the time. That certainly beats the humidity and heat of KC. It was nice to see die-hard classic enthusiasts share parking lots with the new Gen folks. People behaved. I did not take my pick-up because of a last minute suspension problem and the discovery that it overheats in 96F weather. Too busy at work to get it sorted before the trip took place. Oh well. Car pooling w/MINIdave in the Clubby was fun and 100x more civilized than driving the p'up w/earplugs for hours on end.
