July's Sonic Cruise night will be Thursday July 23rd at 6 pm at Sonic Drive-In‎ -16510 E 23rd St S, Independence, MO‎ - located 1 block west of 291.
A 10% discount will be offered to all that attend.

Working up the post today, having to resize pics and such, but we had fun, and boy were there a lot of classics there!

I can't seem to access the site from my home computer anymore, somehow my password doesn't work so I couldn't log on till today from my work computer, which still seems to be able to log on automatically.

July 23 seems so far away. We'll be there. This weekend I am in the Church of the Resurrection car show (135th & Roe ). Usually some pretty cool cars there.
Weekend after that Is Leon, IA for a Dock Dog event. Aug 2nd is off to Colorado for MITM !

Entered 2001 up class (?). Been cleaning, shining and vacuuming all week. Can hardly wait to drive it again!

I don't know if I can even get there at that time of day, a couple of days ago I had to go to Holmes and 435 at rush hour - it took almost 30 min to go from Metcalf to Holmes Rd.........and now a bunch of that area is under construction.

Since a couple others are bringing their Mini-Pooches, I may try to bring the Mini-poopers with me, they haven't done a road trip in a while, it might be good for them - unless I get stuck in 435 rush hour traffic - then it won't be good for me!

Coming from OP, which will be easier traffic wise, taking 435 N to 23rd and coming east or taking 435-470-291?

I say take 435 to 23rd. This way you'll only get the triangle traffic. If you go the other way 435-470-291, you'll get the triangle, Lee's Summit traffic, 350, 70, and 291 traffic as well.
