I got a new gizmo

Post by Punk_Mini »

I put the "If its broke upgrade" mantra to work recently

My chrono pack speedo/tach combo gauge over the steering wheel died on me about 8 months ago and so I got the below gizmo.
Its a AiMsports MXL Strada digital dash.

Cool! Can you still see it in bright sunlight?

Spendy, right? Around $1200?

Does this one time your laps and all too?

This is what the configuration software screen looks like.

Since its a racing dash with an anti-glare coating on the screen so at any angle sunlight has no negative effect on viewing.

Mine is the Strada which is the lower end model which is targeted for the enthusiast. It has 128kb of datalogging memory and expandable with the AiMsport Memory-Key flash drive which is 32mb.

You can't but since you have the speedo/tach combo you can have the identical setup as mine :). You will have to sacrifice the factory odometer meaning you won't have one other then the one on the MXL which doesn't interface with the ECU's odometer, DSC lights, blinker lights, and whatever else is on the speedo/tach combo gauge faces.

can you get O2 sensor output? If so , that would really awesome for tuning.
