Does anyone have a car top carrier on their MINI? I'd like to see how they mount and ask some general questions about noise and such. I read where one carrier mfr does not recommend leaving it on the car when empty, but requires that there be at least 50 lbs in it when on the car? Is that your experience too? Is yours mounted to factory rails or aftermarket rack or?
