I was having a strange noise at idle around the belt tensioner/supercharger area which I originally thought was my supercharger biting the dust. My supercharger whine and boost were also lacking. Baron said it was the belt tensioner so I went to Minidave's MINI garage last night to replace it. I tell ya what it's like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, not easy. Good news is Baron was right and the noise is gone and my supercharger whine and boost are back.
Thanks to Minidave and IowaM1N1 for the help, I couldn't have done it without you.
Problem solved! NOT the supercharger :)
