Anyone know what this green bubble car is?

The key was the license plate 'PEA'. Without that, I don't know if I would have ever found it.

Even then, it took a good 10-15 minutes of creative search terms and reviewing lots of dead-ends.

You didn't have to give away your secrets. I'm just amazed you figured it out. Ironically, I would love to have one just because but not willing to pay to much for it.
