Skid Plate

Post by Zack »

After hitting the same ridge in a road dead center in the lane (thanks to the heavy bus travel near campus) and bottoming out my car there I was thinking of installing a skid plate. I can't justify spending the money until I get some feedback from people. Would it be a good idea, what brand, or is it possible to get something custom made or even make something myself (I have zero metal shop experience). All advice is welcome. Thanks.
