Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
Unfortunately I became a victim of working on my daily design work that I missed the deadline! But I like e and F. Those are both really nice!
Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
These are awesome! This is a tough choice for me!

Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
It would appear E is only 2 votes away from C. I say make both of those the winner and let it be a preference for each member rather than one. That is my opinion. The classic Mini owners would probably enjoy the badge with a classic on it.

I like C but with gray tires. I suppose we MINI/Mini owners like to customize so much that it is hard to please everyone!

Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
Can y'all help with some decision making here? Based on the results of the poll and a bit of discussion on the club Facebook page, a little input would be good here.
The design labeled C & D (same design, one in red and one in blue) received a combined total of 12 votes.
The design labeled E & F (same design, one with a classic Mini, one with a new MINI) received a combined total of 14 votes.
If we look at single entries, C received the most votes (red MINI design).
I think it's nice to have one design that works for both the new MINI and the classic Mini owners in the club.
Options here: we can have a run-off vote, we can ask the designer of C&D if a Classic Mini is an option with that design, we can do nothing and go with design C. What are your thoughts on this?

What they should have done was include both the classic and new one in the design.ragtopday wrote:Can y'all help with some decision making here? Based on the results of the poll and a bit of discussion on the club Facebook page, a little input would be good here.

Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
Runoff....
On reflection I have several problems with C and all the ones that use the same format - I'm tired of seeing the haircurlers in everything KC and I really don't like the whitewalls on the car. I like the idea of the KC Skyline to connect the club to the city, I just think there could be a different background than the same old....
Just one MINI driver's opinion, of course.

Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
I have no problem with the hair curlers. My former neighbors company built them. Besides what other KC skyline
Is recognizable as the hair curlers?
Perhaps Mike and Todd could revise their designs according to the comments. As far as showing two cars on one 3 inch badge would be too small and unrecognizable.
Shoot away!

Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
I wasn't clear in what I meant with a Classic and new Mini design: I meant coordinating designs, like what the bottom two designs are. Similar design, separate badge. Still continuity in design, separate badge. I hope that makes sense?DA MINI wrote:I have no problem with the hair curlers. My former neighbors company built them. Besides what other KC skyline

This makes sense to me. The same design but two options: new MINI or classic Mini.ragtopday wrote:I wasn't clear in what I meant with a Classic and new Mini design: I meant coordinating designs, like what the bottom two designs are. Hey have you guy's seen this site? http://www.gobadges.com/dome-badges-clubs-s/200.htm
Re: VOTE: KC MINI Enthusiasts Badge
Quick thought, by logic it appears one badge is the winner over all others regardless of the fact that two people submitted two different style badges. The clear winner in all honesty is badge C with the red mini regardless of whether he submitted two different versions.
