KCME-CIMC Joint Drive May 16, 2015

Route planning is underway for the annual joint drive with the Central Iowa Mini Club.

The CIMC is asking if May 16 will work for us. I dont see anything on the calendar just yet, but would like to get some feedback on the date.

The event is looking to be very similar to previous years. Meet up in Bethany MO for lunch, then some cruising around the backroads of northen MO and southern IA. Our friend James (currently between MINIs) is doing the route planning as in years past, and details are being worked out about who will lead the drive.

So, who is interested?

The only thing I know of is the Microcar show on the 17th, so shouldn't be any conflicts.

I'm going to try and make this one after missing the last two.....this is always a great ride thru some amazing roads!

OK -- CIMC made the command decision, so we are moving forward with May 16.

Unfortunately, I will be missing this drive this year due to other commitments. So we need a volunteer to step and lead the KC coordination from KC to Bethany.

You can easily search back for previous plans meeting places and routes for the KC-Bethany trip. We've mixed up some backroads in past years, combined with some I-35 time.

Who else from the KC group are going?

Dimini and I plan to meet up and head north around 9:30, anyone want to meet up and roll with us? It's about 1.5 hours to Bethany, that should put us there by 11am easily.
