Grill fittment?

I swore this was documented someplace but I can't for the life of me find out.

Are there any differences in the mountings of the 2002-2006 Cooper S grills?

There is a guy on NAM selling a pure-silver upper grill and possibly middle grill and I would like to get them to replace my chrome one.

The fitment should be (to the best of my knowledge) the same; however, the chrome surround is different between '02 - '04 and '05 - '06 models...

OK, should be fine then as I can re-use my chrome surround. This would just be the center bars. Thanks!

Hopefully he can get the scoop as well so I can break up this "as much chrome as possible" selection the original owner went with.
