I had been feeling my seat move, just a little, on stopping and starting, for a while, then it started doing it on turns as well. (It felt like a loose bolt or something in the right rear of the fore/aft seat adjustment.) I was due for a service, so I took it to Baron for the repair. (It's still under warranty.) Neither the repair nor the service went well and it wasn't fixed when I got it back. (Long story) Anyway, I wrote an email complaining and Russ Lopez did the right thing. After my email, I got a call the next morning from Russ asking me where the car was so he could come and get it and get it fixed.
I left it last weekend and they ordered a new set of rails for the seat. I picked it up today and it is fixed!! (I promised Todd today I'd post this as he says he's feeling something similar on his GP.)
Thanks to Russ Lopez for making a public relations problem into something good.

P.S. My '06 S is way more stable on the highway than the '09 Clubman (non-s)they loaned me.
