Picked this up earlier this week, all original, unmolested 1965 Corvair Monza 4-dr, automatic with Powerglide transmission, definitely not a show winner but a good daily driver!

Yeah, she runs, need to rebuild the carbs and replace push-rod seals, she's a leaker!

You know I think the critters had moved on long ago, but if I can get it on the road, they'll have a hard time catching it again!

Dimini has a vision of us doing some road trips down in the Missouri hills, him with his P'up, me in the Jag and another friend in his Porsche Speedster. There's always room for a Corvair to join in too!

Had one of these brand new back in 65. It was a red 2-door coupe, 140hp,4 speed. Good lookin little car. Nader was responsible for getting rid of a great handling and performing vehicle.-Frank

I had a '65 Turbo for a while, tan with a tan interior - the ultimate sleeper!

Of course, it was pretty "sleepy" in the engine dept too, surprisingly.....

Mostly I remember the oil smell when you turned the heater on, it was brutal!
