Need a new roommate at my apt. in Lawrence, KS

Roommate is moving out at end of semester and need someone to replace him. Rent is $340 plus utilities. Apt is within walking distance to campus and depending on the weather I have been known to give my roommate a ride to campus if need be. Apt is small but nice. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The smaller room is the one available. I have a 42" LCD tv in living room. Offstreet parking is here and washer and dryer are in garage. Kitchen has a Dish Washer. Street is relatively quiet. Utilties are not too bad. Looking for someone to sublease from January to July 2012. I would prefer a college student and someone who doesn't have an issue with my weekly Bible studies here. Believe me I asked him. He has a nice studio and doesn't want to have a roommate while he is in school. Thinks it is a distraction. I'd agree for him plus I'm graduating and applying for grad school but I understand his reasoning.
