Does anyone have or know how to use NCS Expert for programming car options such as enabling auto-up windows?

I've searched and researched other forums but am still unsure of how to use the software.

There are a couple of guys on NAM who are messing with it, have you looked there?

Also there's a guy on Motoring Alliance that has successfully done some things, you can check there also.

if you can't find anything there, let me know and I'll see if I can figure out who/what thread i was reading about it on.

We definitely need someone who can work that stuff in the club, I volunteer you!

I just might attempt it. Someday. I've looked at the other forums and the tutorials are a little confusing to me. The terminology always sounds like you already have a basic knowledge and the posts always reference another post which references another forum. Well...you know the drill. Still, it would be awesome to be able to use the key fob to auto up the window, to be able to disable the seat-belt chime, change the lock settings and so-on. Someday.

Keith, isn't your car a R53? That car never had an "auto-up" window from the factory. You have to install something like an Ian Cull auto-up circuit to achieve the auto-up function. I had one and loved it. Blugoose has one too. Ian does not make them any longer but you may find one on NAM marketplace. Check with Way - he installed Franks while in Colorado last year.

When did Ian stop making em? I bought mine like two or so months ago.

Ian quit making and selling the auto-up a few years ago. He sold the rights to others to make and sell the product---

Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up. Was thinking I bought a knock-off of his chip. I probably did. The manufacturer on the packaging was FES or something to that affect.

Yea. I thought about gettin one of those. Might be easier. Way sells them. It doesn't look difficult to install. Thanks for the heads up!
