George (aka Hagar46) is coordinating the June Sonic cruise it. It will be held on June 27 at the Sonic in Liberty.

June 27th Sonic Cruise-In will be at 10101 NE. Cookingham Rd (Intersection of Hwy 291 & N. Cedar) just NW. of Liberty, MO. Take I-35 N to 291, left on Cookingham (Hwy 291) over I-35 past the Quick Trip. See you all at 6:30 pm on the 27th.

Edit: Sonic at this location has agreed to offer free ice cream cone on the 27th if you mention KC MINI Club.

I come from Lawrence. Gas is expensive and I'm an unemployed Architectural designer in grad school. Lots of stuff stacked against me lol

"Goose" is goin

I plan to attend.

I'm gonna have to back out. Not sure if I'll have the new MINI by then (not that it matters to attend) but I'm also seeing Despicable Me 2 that night. I love me some Minions! Hopefully I'll be able to go to the July Cruise in.

Correction. I plan to attend, but will be there in my Miata. My MINI will be in the body shop.

Seems a local Firestone shop is paying for body and paint work due to their inability to keep a tire from falling off a car in the next bay and bouncing into the side of my car. Left about a 6" dent right behind the passenger door. Only costing them about $2k, including my rental. I took it to Eveland Brothers on the recommendations on the board here.

Sorry, guys. I won't be there after all. I have to go to St. Louis tomorrow. However, the Liberty North Sonic is still expecting us (free ice cream cone). George
