We've got 38 cars registered! Pre-registration has been closed. If you didn't get registered but still want to join the fun on Sunday, you can register at 9 a.m. at Berkley Park. (Only pre-registered cars will get a registration bag, but don't let that stop you from registering day of. You will still get a raffle ticket!)

Speaking of raffle tickets, each registration gets one raffle ticket. Additional raffle tickets are available for $5 each or five tickets for $20. All proceeds are split between KC Pet Project and Harvesters. Prizes include ball caps from Hagerty, a tote bag and $25 gift certificate from Stuck on Minis, a folding boot organizer from Hagerty, a Magellan RoadMate GPS from Continental Tires, a FlipCam UltraHD 4GB from Continental Tires, seven t-shirts, a stubby antenna and a badge holder from OutMotoring, shirts, hats and mini MINIs from MiniMania plus additional prizes from Baron MINI and others!

Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday morning at 9, Berkley Park.

Fingers crossed that Luna gets out of the shop tomorrow. She has been undergoing surgery for a failed Supercharger pulley which chewed up the output shaft of the SC. SC has been rebuilt, and George's is getting her reassembled, but no ETA yet. If we don't show Sunday AM you will know why. :(

Due to the three awesome prizes of higher than expected value (the camera, GPS, and Puma bag), we are proposing a little different scenario this year for the drawing.

As you recall last year, you had one ticket as part of your registration, then you could purchase extra tickets to improve your odds for the drawing. We plan to do the same thing this year, with a slight twist.

We are proposing four distinct drawings you can enter with extra tickets.

1. Drawing for Flip Camera
2. Drawing for Magellan GPS
3. Drawing for MINI Puma bag
4. Drawing (aka General Drawing) for your choice of tshirts, hats, badges, model MINIs, etc. donated by our generous vendors (like last year).

You will get one ticket with registration that will automatically go into the General Drawing only.

Like last year, we will have extra tickets for sale. You have the following options with those tickets:
+Enter any of the individual drawings for the camera, GPS, or bag.
+Put more tickets into the General Drawing.

You may place as many tickets in each drawing as you'd like. Example: If you really want to improve your odds of winning the GPS, then you place as many tickets as you'd like into that drawing.

Remember, you will also want to add more tickets to the General Drawing to improve your odds of getting your choice of awesome items from that table.

Please let me know if there are any questions about this arrangement.

Hope I'm in the right location to meet with the group. Same parking lot as last year I assume.

Yes I did drive to Kansas City to the River market on a Saturday morning. For some reason I forgot which day it was.

Well I can offer some visual observations of roads in the River market. Steel plates on roads because of construction, use caution. That is all.

Well, Luna is still in the shop, and life is busy, so we will not be able to make it tomorrow. We ordered shirts, so will have to make some arrangements. I'd paypal the postage if you can mail them, or if Mini Dave is attending and willing, I know where to find him. :)

Sorry to miss this. Expecting lots of pictures! :) :)

What a terrific show today at the City Market! Thanks to all of you who came out today.

I have charitable donation totals to share with you. Big thanks for your registration donations, t-shirt and raffle ticket purchases! $1091.31 will be donated to the two selected local charities.

A total of 488.15 was raised for Harvesters. That's 2,440 meals!!!

$603.16 was raised for KC Pet Project. Since the club has already sponsored a large dog kennel and a cat kennel, these funds will be donated to the medical fund at KCPP.

Thanks to all of the sponsors who made this an incredible event:
Baron MINI
Continental Tire
MiniMania
OutMotoring
Stuck On Minis
Hagerty
MotoringBadges

Thanks again to everyone who came out today. Great event!
