Classic Mini Fun Run #4 - Redux March 2015

Weather cancelled our trip to the northwestern Arkansas hills last November, so we're planning to try it again in March over spring break.
The tentative dates are now
March 14-17, due to work conflicts and such so mark your calendars and get your Minis ready for some fun!
The host hotel is the Best Western Eureka Springs - 800-814-8307
I'll add more names as people chime in, we'll be headquartered in Eureka Springs.
So far, we have......
Dimini - Red P'up
MiniDave - Champagne Beige Clubman Estate
Bruce K - white Cooper
DRuder - Black Cooper S
MiniManiac - Blue Cooper
DW - Red Cooper S
KSMINI - Green Cooper S
MiniX2 - White Cooper

My MINI is 11 years old with 206,000 miles on it. Does it qualify as a classic?

I can't do it that week. We do have Spring break the next week, 16-20 March.

If you want to do the end of the week, then 19-21 or 22 March works.

We're not going that weekend, but the weekend before.....we leave either Fri 13th or Sat 14th, and return the Tues the 17th - so come with us! And put up a pic of your car too, OK?

Last time I got a group rate it was higher than people got by just calling, so go for it!

AAA rate at the hotel for $87 on the web. Anyone do any better than that by calling?
(I still get a little twitchy every time I type AAA...)

I think that was the rate they quoted me back in November. I haven't called yet for this upcoming trip.

The group rate I got was $101......plus fees.....I'm sure we can do better by calling them.
