Saturday September 19th will our cruise-in to Lawrence.

The plan is for those who live in KC to meet at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Departing NFM at 11:00am to arrive in Lawrence around 11:45. Meet and greet in the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings at 2624 Iowa Street. Plenty of parking for everyone to be there. I will see if I can get us some sort of discount for our club. LUNCH WILL BE AT NOON (12:00pm).

Following lunch we can either go on a spirited drive through the countryside or disperse and some can head downtown and shop.

Now since we are doing this at Wild Wings this year I need to know exactly who is coming and how many per car so I have a head count. Hope to see you all there and Johnna please cross post this with Facebook so those that don't frequent the forum know where we are going. Also remind them to post on the forum of they are going or not.

We will be at the Douglas County Fairgrounds for an agility trial, so I will just swing on over to meet everyone when you get in town.

And I will be at a dog agility trial in Springfield, MO that weekend! So I will miss out.

I'm at another event that day, meeting up with my old high school buddies!

Might be the year that we don't have a cruise-in to Lawrence. Been planning it since March.

Can't conflict with a home game or away game for the football team so the 19th was really the only Saturday I could get.

I could try a Sunday but that wouldn't work for me and I could try a Friday but then it's next to impossible to get anything done. Going to give it till this coming weekend to get people signed up and if I don't get enough I will call it off for this year and attempt it again next year. It's been on the 2015 schedule since March so I'm surprised it's catching people by surprise.

My wife and I will definitely be there can't wait!

I wish we could make it, but will be busy getting ready for our home owner's association annual meeting/block party, and I am president so I kinda have to be there - even though I don't want to -

AKC or NADAC?

We have been running NADAC for a few years and we are just running our second AKC trial this weekend in Independence. We have also competed in Springfield 3-4 times. Good folks down there!

We will be in Independence this weekend too.

Not necessarily by surprise, sometimes life just happens. In my case some friends I haven't seen in almost 50 years are coming in from New York City, I can drive to Lawrence anytime, but I may never see these folks again in my lifetime.....

I'm planning on being there. Going to bring my car enthusist son with me. It's one car with 2 adults. I'm coming from the other direction and I can't find what time to be at Buffalo Wild Wings. Looking forward to being there!

Just an FYI Bike MS is also that day, September 19th, with the routes ending in Lawrence.

I know. We aren't meeting downtown. We are heading to Wild Wings on Iowa Street. If I have to I will detour the group down 6th street to Iowa and head south.

However. The MS route for Lawrence isn't until Sunday, and our cruise-in to Lawrence is Saturday so we will have ZERO issues. Our cruise-in will be over before they ever arrive from KC.

I plan on being there but I don't plan on staying for lunch so don't count me for that. I will meet you at NFM and looking forward to the drive with everyone. If I end up having to work ( I'm off from work as of now ) I will let you know asap.
