Johnna, are these donut shops going to be able to handle in excess of 45 or so peeps showing up at one time? Just askin. Hope they are prepared.

The donut shops will do their best to handle us in a timely manner. We can all help by paying in cash and being understanding. As is the case for all of my Tour de Donuts, we are not going to chain donut shops with a large crew. We are visiting locally owned small businesses that turn out some of the best donuts in town. Patience will be rewarded with terrific donuts and a good time.

I think Bob is just teasing Frank about not being on FB, Zach. From an organizer perspective, it is easier to keep track of RSVPs here. Attendees can add their plus 1's (or plus 3's) and there are no "interested" RSVPs like on FB, only definite "yes" replies. The forum continues to be very useful for the club.

Tour de Donuteers: The donut shop that kicks it all off, Donutology, has offered pre-orders to us for their custom Mini donuts. 3-packs of bite-sized donuts are $2.25. As you can imagine, customizing your own donuts takes a bit of time, but here's a way to make it work for all of us! Order ahead (mix and match, order any 3 you like) and they will have your donuts waiting with your name on it. Pay and go, easy!
Pick the three you would like below, then send an email to 52donuts@gmail.com with your selections and name by 7am Thursday.
You can also wait in the shop to design your own, order full-sized donuts from their Fancy/Classic case and any of their Gluten-Free Collection. Roasterie coffee and Shatto milk available as well.
