In consideration of participating on this forum and events listed, you release, waive and discharge organizers of events of all liability, injury, loss or damage.
So far we have 12 cars, 21 MINI people registered for the MINIs in the Market event. We have raised $81.00 for Animal Haven and $44.00 for Harvesters.
Way to go !!! A big thanks to all those that sent in a little extra with their registration fee.
There are still a few days left to get your registration forms/fees in before the deadline. I will need to turn all the information over to Kirk by Tuesday night, so he can coordinate the lunch orders with Baron.
Thus far, I am tracking 19 cars and 32 Miniacs. Baron is prepared to provide 50 lunches for this event which means 18 more people could attend for the small donation of $8:00 per car to go to two great charities. I would love to have a big turn out and give more to these organizations. On that note I will leave this to MarloMain who has so graciously taken on the task of registration for this event, Can we accept any solid confirmation before 4:00pm Wednesday 26 Sept, with agreement of donation by NLT the day of the event? This will give me time to give solid numbers to Baron and not waste money and give a little more to our charities. I will give final numbers to Samer Wednesday evening after that all are welcome to attend but are not guaranteed meals.
T and I are definitely coming up for it. I will throw the registration in the mail at lunch with a check, and just in case I will bring one Sunday also. Sorry for the last minute registration, and we look forward to seeing everyone there!!

I have been trying to get to one of your gatherings for some time, I am planning on this one but will not know for sure untill Fri. evening. No lunch required for me and I will make donation on arrival.
It will be one MINI and one person.
A few late comers have been added to the list. Thus far 22 Mini's 36 Miniacs. I will check this link one more time before I leave work and give final headcount and meals request to baron tomorrow after work. Counterfit and anyone else, if your in let me know before 4pm Wednesday 26 Sept along with your meal selection and show up with a check payable to harvesters or animal haven for the minute amount of $8.00. Boards all updated! Albiker sorry you can't make and we all wish your JCW well. We will have meals for everyone who has chimed in at this point. I will not be adding anymore names to the list but again anyone is welcome to join in you just may not have a meal provided.
1Msippi I will take you up on you offer for 1 detail if you are still willing to donate that as a prize. We will not have many prizes but I have thought up a creative way to reward a few Miniacs for their time and contributions. Please let me know if this is still on the table. Hi everyone. I'm new to the board and just learned about MINIs on the Market this Sunday. My wife and I would like to attend and understand the deadline for meals passed. We'll bring a donation for one of the charities though. Looking forward to this event and many more! -Marc
There are now 17 MINIs and 30 MINI people registered for this event. We have raised $117.00 for Animal Haven and $72.00 for Harvesters.

For those of you that have not registered for this event, please bring your completed registration form and check made out to one of our charities to Berkley Park on Sunday and give them to Kirk.

As a bonus feature...we MIGHT be visited by the Red Bull MINI...
I know one of the Red Bull reps who ride around in the Red Bull MINI and I told her about the MINI show on Sunday. She said that she wasn't working that day, but would let the Red Bull team know about the event. She texted the team as we spoke. She sounded hopeful that they might stop by.
Fingers crossed that we'll get a visit!
