Dave. Put me down for Oil Change. Tommy is giving me a spare filter of his. I have the oil needed.
Going to bring the harnesses for the light bar. If we have time to do it.

Yes, with the pulley you do use a colder plug. If you are using NGK iridium plugs, the part # is BKR7EIX or stock # 2667. You should be able to get them at Advanced Auto Parts or most parts store for around $8 each.

Turns out I'm double booked on the 20th so the MINI will have to wait. Thanks for the advice on hte plugs, I used the NKG's on my Kow' Mach III way back.
I did refer a friend to the site and a heads up on Garage Day. They just bought a MINI and being the gearhead that he is he will want to meet you all.

David,if possible I'd like to do an oil /filter chg.Do you have facilities to dispose of the oil? If not what would be needed to do so?I'll bring ramps and a jack as well as 2 jack stands if you need them.See you then.-Frank

Derek, there's a Krispy Kreme at 105th and Metcalf and one at Antioch and Shawnee Mission Parkway (across from baron Mini)
I have some tools I could bring in my tool box just in case. I actually have some extra factory nuts and bolts and some plastic fasteners in case anyone loses one.

Has anyone ever repaired a disconnected passenger door cable? The door opens from the outside, but not the inside.
Is it do-able? What parts should I request from Baron?

I did something like this on a Toyota Corolla with a friend. The plastic clips inside had broken not allowing the interior door handle to pull the bar that unlocks the car. Replaced the door handle and that fixed it. Dunno if that is the same issue here though.

SWT CHI, I'm not sure what parts you'll need, it will depend on what's wrong - ie: broken part or something that's just come unhooked. Baron's parts dept is open till 3 pm, so if you need something after you get it apart it's possible they may have it, and my shop is less than 15 minutes from Baron, straight down Antioch.
If anyone else needs the address or directions, be sure to pm me.
Otherwise, I'll see everyone at 9am on Sat.
Weather is looking promising at this point, 60* and partly sunny with little chance for rain.....of course, this is Kansas - that can change at a moment's notice!

Might be a good idea to post the address or PM it to people as I don't necessarily remember where you are. I have gotten pretty lucky guessing.

Just bring a mix, enough for 10 people to have 2 is the usual amount, and don't forget the coffee, although not everyone drinks it. I have plenty of leftover cups too.
