Wheel Studs
Wheel Studs
Was thinking this over and thinking I may want to switch from the wheel bolts to wheel studs so that I can use regular lug nuts. Would be easier when swapping off wheels and supposedly will be less wear and tear on the hubs. Any thoughts? I know there was a thread about this a while back but dunno what my options would be for my car.

Re: Wheel Studs
I have two of the fancy guides that you can screw into the hub. Honestly, I don't know why you need it unless you are a 90 year old little lady who has trouble lifting the wheels (not you Zack)

Has nothing to do with trying to align the wheels bolts. Has more to do with not wanting to wear out the wheel bolts or strip the threads.MiniManiac wrote:I have two of the fancy guides that you can screw into the hub.
