As a local alternative, for anyone that may be in the KC chapter BMW CCA (MINI is a BMW product, anyone can join for $40/yr), they have a very inexpensive annual autocross school (just had one a few weeks ago at Arrowhead)..

I would also highly recommend this. Actually, I have been an instructor the last 2 schools for BMWCCA, so, I am a bit biased. :lol: Also, if anyone would ever want to run at a local event, I'd be happy to give rides during my runs and give some input during their runs. Sort of like a Mini-school within a local event. ;-)

I like the idea of tagging along at the BMW club events... And OasisT, your offer is very generous. I'll look into it. Also, saw your post on HPT touring laps... Hope you make it there!
