Hmm, I didn't think I was going to like the color-match...but I do. Looks great.

Now then, it will be interesting to see how well it holds up. If it chips badly I would re-strip them and have 'em powdercoated yellow instead. Just a thought.

That was my original plan when I originally bought the rims, however, when I got them is when I found out that those "Vs" are actually made of plastic (to keep the weight down).
I Used two coats of plastic adhesion promoter, 3 coats of the yellow enamel, and topped it off with two coats of clear enamel. I'm hoping they do hold up, if not, I can touch them up quickly. I'm thinking that I might get them made out of aluminum somewhere and have them anodized.

You should be fine with the paint for the most part, sounds like you did it right.
