Would this be a good time to transfer the domain to its own account somewhere so more than one person in the club knows where it is registered?

We have two courses of option in that case - both of which would require the club or someone acting on behalf of the club to setup an account on Namecheap.com -

Option 1: I can transfer ownership of the domain to the new account, and the new account could add me on as a manager of the account so that I can still make any changes if needed, etc.

Option 2: I can add someone else on as a manager of the domain and ownership rights would remain with me.

Either option is fine with me!

I have access to club funds. If I can PayPal the money to Rich I will do that today. I just need a PayPal email address. I've send an email to Rich on this as well.

$13.16 was paid 02/23/19 via PayPal for the site renewal. We still need to decide how we are going to move forward with either adding a manager or changing ownership.

I will take the $13 from the club funds I have in my possession from decal/badge sales to repay myself for this transaction.

This transaction leaves a total of $114 in club funds in my possession.

2/13/20 I paid Namecheap.com $114.84 to renew the domain for 9 years. I used my personal credit card and will need reimbursement from the club funds.

A club PayPal account has been set up. We will be keeping all club funds in this account for easier access. I will get with Dori to transfer the funds she has into this account. I will also be transferring the excess club cash from decal sales into this account.

I have made a transfer of funds from the decal cash stash of $571.00. $500.00 went to the newly established PayPal account and $71.00 is staying in the cash stash.

The club PayPal balance is $505.00.

$268.20 is being sent to Laurie to add to the club’s PayPal account. The draft should be delivered by 10/26/21. This brings the Club Kitty Balance to 0.00.
