June 11th, 2009 Sonic Cruise-In, Mission

Hey folks, I just spoke with the manager of the Sonic Drive In in Mission, KS and we are set for a Thursday, June 11, gathering at 6pm. The location is 6665 Martway St
Mission, KS 66202. Easy to find as it's halfway between Lamar and Metcalf on Martway, which is a block south of Johnson Drive.

Awesome! That's very close to our house. I will be there for sure, and hope kabootist will join me. Count me in for one car and at least one person.

Weather this week is iffy, but right now, Thursday is lookin' good for our Sonic night! I'll probably drive the pickup so I can "tailgate".

Great to get re-acquainted with everyone - and to chat with Dave and Don about our shared excursion to Winona here in a few weeks.
I hope my Dr. Colorchip example was helpful for people. I struggled getting the right amount of paint on (very easy to get too much), but the final results are quite good. I recommend the product.
I did capture one pic of all the cars before people started leaving.
