Anyone heading down to the Dragon this year?

I'm planning on leaving KC early Thursday morning the 29th and I'm looking for fellow travelers. I'm willing to leave Wed. afternoon/evening if needed but I don't know anyone else planning to go at this point.

I think I'm going to plan one long day drive on Thursday i.e. leave KC early morning.

We were going but had to cancel our reservation's and entry. His work travel schedule changed out plan's. If anyone is looking for lodging we canceled our reservation's at the Nantahala Village. Everything near the main lodge was booked up month's ago.
