I am going to start working the prize coordination. If this is going to be the official event announcement spot, I will start posting prize status as I get feedback from my contacts. I have lists of supporters from past events but if anyone has some new contacts or potentials, I will explore those as well.

Hickory Smoked Turkey, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Sprouts, and Avocado
on Sourdough Hoagie with Roasted Garlic Aioli and Havarti

A couple of notes:
--I have listed the return date as June 15th. I know this is not a ton of time, but I think it is do-able. You just need a few minutes to fill out the form and a stamp to mail it back. This also means I need your help in getting in touch with those who are not on the forum very regularly and reminding them to register. You can register after that date, but we cannot assure shirts or lunches.

--Dori has volunteered to receive registrations for us again. Thanks Dori!!

--If you need the form in a different format (it is a Word document, compatible with older versions of Word) e-mail or message me and I will get it to you as a PDF.

--I left the registration fee and details the same as next year--$15 per car to Harvesters or Animal Haven, your choice. Please include a check with your form.

Little hard to go back in time and get the mail to you before June 15, 2008, even for a Mini owner, but if 2010 will do, a check goes out tonight!

I think it is an Italian veggie salad of sorts, bits of eggplant, onion, tomatoes etc, well seasoned. If you search Google you can get a good idea of typical ingredients and preparation.

I have been coorisponding with M7 tuning, Outmotoring, Moss Mini, Mini Mania and Langka. All are supposed to be shipping stuff but I have not reveived from them yet.

This is actually a perfect step off point for the announcement I was going to make today. I am going to go ahead and EXTEND THE DATE for registrations to be due until Thursday June 17th because we don't have to have t-shirt orders in quite as early as I'd imagined. So Steph, yes you can AND you will still get lunch and the shirt.

Ok, so I'm doing some work to the classic this weekend so if she's doing good after sitting for so long I'll bring her up to the show. Got different wheels on her to make her driveable (other tires were dry rotted). Charging battery to get her started.

Marlow Main - is the above list up to date as far as the registration forms you have received? This way I can get the t-shirt order to the print shop and start getting them done. You should get mine today (Friday) as I was cleaning my office Wednesday and found the envelope for registration Supposed to have went out last week, aparently didn't....my apologies.... just let me know if any others show up!

I have emailed a copy of the spreadsheet to you. It will be a little easier for you to place the order from, instead of picking through the post.
