I have an 09 Clubman, last night I went to open the 3rd door. I pulled the handle to open it and it just doesn't open. It seems like the latch just isn't releasing. Is this a common problem, is it hard to fix, who is good to talk to at Baron about it....help

On mine all it took was a little squirt of penetrating oil to get the latch moving freely again. You might try that....

Make sure the little thing (technical term ) toward the bottom of the door jam that pops out when the front door is open is in fact popping out. Mine was sticking in and I had to spray it down with some WD-40.

Mine did the same thing.....only I used a better lubricant than WD40.
