What is this Muffler?

Looks like a JCW muffler but not sure if it is an R53 or R56.

Definitely not an R53 JCW exhaust, it won't fit down the center of the car because of the battery box.....and I had an R53 JCW, that's not it but I think it could be an R56.....

It is a stock R56 muffler. It is cut so they probably added the JCW tuning kit to their R56 and this piece gets cut off for the JCW tuning kit muffler. I have one sitting in my garage

Yep. R56 muffler. I have the same in my garage, only mine starts at teh downpipe and includes the cat and resonator.

It's different on the Clubman, it has the pipes split to each side.
