The Thirteenth Annual Coopers and Coffee all-MINI/Mini Car Show and Charity Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, October 13th, 2019 at The Roasterie.

Hello! You are receiving this message because you and your MINI/Mini are registered to attend Coopers and Coffee on Sunday, October 13th.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
There are several volunteer opportunities available. You’ll find them here: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3966

Please arrive to the parking lot adjacent to the Boulevard Beer Hall by 8:30 on Sunday morning. This is the staging lot where you will be grouped with cars for the most efficient parking at the car show.

8:45 Depart parking area

9:00 Arrive for Car Show at Roasterie

9:00 Roasterie Cafe is OPEN

10:00 Car Show and Food Truck Brunch begins

10:30 and 12:30 Tours of the Roasterie coffee roasting factory (Confirm times and price inside)

12:00 Raffle Tickets on sale, STARTING AT NOON
(please give volunteers time to set up the raffle, no sneak peeks please)

RAFFLE TICKETS: $5 or 5/$20 for regular raffle $20 or 3/$50 for super raffle
CASH or CHECK ONLY
Checks may be made payable to your choice of Harvesters or KC Pet Project

On my calendar unless work schedule intervenes. This year I'm likely to bring the '06 JCW as the P'up needs to undergo some heavy maintenance and likely down for the fall/winter. (I haven't posted anything here in a while and just noticed that my signature photo has a Photobucket water mark--Bastards!). It's MY photo... not Photobucket. Can we do direct uploads of photos that are not hosted elsewhere? I added this photo about 10 yrs ago, back in a time when some forums required photos to be linked to from other sources, IIRC.)

Other than facebook where can one find the start time and the method by which we line up to get into the venue. Also, can I assume that you have all the help you need for that day???? Why do we even have a CLUB SITE???

Frank, I believe all the details will be revealed in an email sent to all registered people. The line up for entry is at 8:30 and is at a large lot nearby. Did you see the link to order your t shirt?

Frank—No information has been shared anywhere else that isn’t also here in its entirety. An email will go out early tomorrow with all of the details from the MotorSportReg system.
