Removing bonnet stripes?

So on my pure silver 06, what are the odds I could remove the bonnet stripes without having the paint faded enough for it to be noticeable? Thoughts?

And the verdict is...not faded at all!

Sadly the small dent in my hood was being hidden pretty well by the visual effect of the line, so now it annoys me. Need to get that taken care of...

My Clubster is over at Baron today having a bunch of small dings removed that came from the scuttle light coming out and banging around all over the side of my car whilst crossing Nebraska last month at a high rate of speed, I'll let you know how it turns out but Todd ( Sundance) swears by the guy......

Most of the "Dr. Dent" guys seem pretty good, but you never know who you will get taking pot luck, better to go with a guy with references, I think.......

Yes, let me know. I'd like to get my hood taken care of, it has a total of about 3 dings that need taken care of and a handful of deep rock chips.

I dare not scare everyone here with the pictures of the front of my MINI and the warzone it is...80k miles will do that to some cars, but especially a mini!

Well, to update, they got all the dings out of my side panels and door, you honestly cannot tell where they were! Great job....

Blugoose has some new touch up paint he tried and says it works a treat, maybe we can get him to give up a tutorial and a before after shot?

I don't think I realized how well the clear bra has protected the front end of my '03, there's hardly a mark on it and the '09 already has a number of pits on the hood.
