Kansas City MINI Enthusiasts

The cruise is less than a week away. Plan is to meet at Nebraska Furniture Mart parking lot around 9:00-9:30 in the morning on the 13th. We head out from there at 10:00 and arrive some time close to 11:15. Park at Brits. Shop for an hour or so. Then regroup and go for lunch at (insert restaurant here). The Limestone Pizza place just opened so that might be worthwhile. Any thoughts?

At present I have not heard from Brits about parking. Sally wasn't sure she could get any parking spaces or maybe at the most 5. I am trying to get at least 10. If I don't hear from her by Friday night the backup plan is the top deck of the new parking garage on Vermont Street. Lunch will be at the Limestone Pizza place on Mass Street. That's the current plan. Following this, those that don't need to head back to KC early will go on a drive up through campus and then out to Bloomington Beach at Clinton Lake. The drive out to Bloomington Beach should be about 25 minutes.

Are there any people on the facebook going list that I haven't accounted for on this list?

NFM PARKING LOT - Southwest corner closest to Sporting Park. 913-306-3424 is the contact should you not be able to find us, though assuming 2 or so Mini's start to show up you'll have trouble missing us.

I'm in too, can't decide which Mini/MINI to drive tho, I guess the weather will determine that. This time if we're doing a lunch, let's arrange it with a place that will be ready for us so we don't have to wait.....also, a place that's not at the other end of town might be nice! Zack, you and Michael are the "locals" so we'll leave it to your expertise to find a good spot to eat.

I know rain was a factor last year, so I hope we'll have good weather this time!

Zack wasn't there for the drive-in. No worries, Zack will get it squared away! It was a great event last year

I will be checking with my wife and make sure she does not have anything planned, if not count us in.

I just got my soccer schedule for my U14 team (head coach) and we have a game every Saturday from 13 September - 1 November.
